TERMS, CONDITIONS & SHIPPING WARRANTIES:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, according to the International Agreement of March 30 1979 is pure olive oil with a maximum acidity of one gramme per 100 grammes. In addition, and according to the European Union Regulations 3132/78, Virgin Olive Oil is "Natural Olive Oil obtained exclusively by mechanical processes, with the exclusion of all other mixtures with olive oils obtained in a different manner". We guarantee that the quality of our olive oil is as stated.

Should that not be so we will immediately give a FULL REFUND.

Obviously, oil which has altered or adulterated in any manner by the client will not be eligible for this warranty.

DELAYS

Please allow a week to ten days for delivery. In the event that there is a greater possible delay in sending your oil for any reason, you will be advised by E-mail or telephone of the anticipated waiting time. If you do not wish to wait for the oil to arrive, we will, at your request, cancel the order and refund in full.

SHIPPING
